An in-depth health review

Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed health and questionnaire and a 5-day food diary. This preparation means our first session can be dedicated entirely to you—your story, your challenges, and your health goals.

 

Your Initial Consultation 

This is a 60-minute session deep dive into your health history, symptoms, and goals. This comprehensive understanding is the first step in identifying potential root causes, and it provides the foundations needed to build your personalised plan - a clear roadmap designed for your unique biology and lifestyle.

Regular Coaching & Support Sessions

These 30-minute check-ins are designed to provide continuous support and ensure your plan evolves with you. They provide accountability and guidance to help you build lasting momentum. In each session, we will:

  • Refine Your Plan: Make adjustments together based on how you are feeling and how the plan fits into your lifestyle.
