  • Nutritional & Lifestyle Review: A review of your current habits and food diary to identify key areas influencing your health.

  • Actionable next steps: 2–3 personalised, evidence-based recommendations that can be implemented straight away.

  • Sustainable Progress: Advice on how to maintain your progress independently or with further structured support.

  • One 15-minute follow-up call (within 2 weeks) A short check-in to review how you're getting on and clarify any questions that arise as you implement your recommendations.
