60-minute targeted online consultation: A structed session dedicated to one primary symptom or health goal.

Nutritional & Lifestyle Review: A review of your current habits and food diary to identify key areas influencing your health.

Actionable next steps: 2–3 personalised, evidence-based recommendations that can be implemented straight away.

Sustainable Progress: Advice on how to maintain your progress independently or with further structured support.

One 15-minute follow-up call (within 2 weeks) A short check-in to review how you're getting on and clarify any questions that arise as you implement your recommendations.
Is the MOT right for you?
This standalone session is designed for general health optimisation. If you require long-term support or are managing complex health conditions, a more comprehensive programme may be more appropriate to address your needs.
(Note: If you transition to a full programme within 14 days of your MOT, the session fee is fully credited toward your investment.)
