Eat well. Live well. Age well.
I offer both options. You can book an in-person consultation at my clinic in South East London, or we can meet online via a secure and easy-to-use video call from anywhere in the UK.
Our first consultation is a comprehensive 75-minute deep dive into your health. Before we meet, I'll ask you to complete a detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire. During our session, we'll discuss your health history, current symptoms, goals, diet, and daily routine in detail. It’s a collaborative and supportive conversation that gives me all the information needed to create a truly personalised and effective plan to get you started.
No, you have the flexibility to choose. I offer both comprehensive programmes and single 'Kickstarter Sessions'.
Meaningful change doesn't happen overnight, which is why my packages are designed with regular appointments to keep you on track and provide the accountability needed to achieve lasting results. However, if you're not ready for a full programme, the Nutrition & Lifestyle MOT is the perfect starting point and, if you decide to upgrade to a package after this session, its full cost will be deducted from the package price. Separate follow-up appointments are also available.
Not at all. My focus is always on food first. If I feel supplements could be helpful, I’ll explain why and leave the choice entirely up to you. Supplements are only ever recommended for specific, targeted support where we identify a clear need—they are not a substitute for a nourishing diet.
Not necessarily. While testing can be a valuable tool to help us identify the root cause of your symptoms, it is always optional and secondary to our work together. If I believe a test could be beneficial, we will discuss it in detail first. I can explain options available for free through the NHS, as well as private functional tests which come at an additional cost. The decision to proceed is always yours, and only after we've fully explored what the test involves and what the results might tell us.
Dietitians are NHS-regulated health professionals who work mainly in hospitals and clinics, often helping people manage diagnosed medical conditions through diet. Nutritional Therapists usually work in private practice, offering longer, more personalised sessions that look at your diet and lifestyle together. We don’t diagnose or replace medical care, but we can work alongside your GP or specialist to support your health goals.
You can find a full and detailed breakdown of all my current packages, including what's included and the investment for each, right here on my Services Page.
We understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 working hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Our working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding UK bank holidays.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 working hours' notice, or those missed without notice, will be charged at the full session rate. You can view our full policy in the Terms and Conditions agreed to upon booking.
If you have any other questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch via the Contact Page, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
