Hi, I'm Debra -

Registered Nutritionist (mBANT)
Registered Nutritional Therapist (CNHC)

I help people in midlife build sustainable food and lifestyle habits for their long-term health. Together, we focus on supporting key areas like brain function, heart health, hormone balance, and blood sugar control—all with real food, not fads.

Why I'm a Nutritionist

My interest in nutrition began in my twenties, when small adjustments to my diet helped resolve minor digestive issues. That early experience showed me how profoundly food influences health and wellbeing, and inspired me to study the science behind it. What began as curiosity has become a lifelong commitment to understanding how nutrition supports energy, vitality, and healthy ageing — and to sharing that knowledge with others

Now, with over a decade in clinical practice, including 5 years at Nuffield Health, my approach blends nutritional science with a genuine love of food and cooking to support men and women in midlife. I’m here to help you feel better in realistic, sustainable ways — without fads, extremes, or overwhelm.

Who I help

My clinical practice is dedicated to helping people in midlife who are ready to move beyond short-term fixes. If you're looking for a proactive, personalised support to optimise your health with lasting impact, you're in the right place.  Together, we can focus on:

  • Sharpening Your Mind: Struggling with brain fog, low mood, or concerned about cognitive decline? We'll explore nutrition and lifestyle strategies to boost your focus, concentration, mental clarity, and cognitive wellbeing.

  • Metabolic & Heart Health: We'll build sustainable habits to support cardiometabolic health, focusing on key markers like blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. This includes targeted nutritional guidance for pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and support for individuals using GLP-1 weight loss medications.

  • Thriving Through Menopause: Instead of just surviving hormonal changes, let's create a plan to help you thrive. We'll tackle common symptoms head-on—from hot flushes and poor sleep to energy slumps and mood swings—so you can feel balanced and empowered.

  • Finding Digestive Balance: Tired of your gut dictating your day? We will work to understand your digestive system, identifying and addressing the root causes of bloating, discomfort, or irregular bowel habits.

  • Creating Your Longevity Blueprint: We will focus on creating lasting, enjoyable habits that support your energy, mobility, and vitality for years to come.
