This 30-minute session gives you a practical snapshot of your diet, helping you understand patterns, nutrient intake, and how your food choices relate to your goals.
You’ll complete a 7-day food diary and a short questionnaire so I can get to know your health goals, favourite foods, and the ones you’d rather avoid. During the call, I’ll provide feedback and actionable tips based on your diary — all focused on your eating patterns.
